Stories are tall, full-screen and gone in a tap, so the layout has to read instantly. This page opens the editor on a 9:16 canvas with Cascade — one big hero photo with smaller memories flowing in front — ready for your photos.

A Story is seen full-screen on a phone, usually for two or three seconds, so one clear focal point beats many small ones. Cascade gives the top of the canvas to a single photo and lets the rest overlap below it: the eye lands on the hero first, then drifts down. If you have more than six favourites, post a second Story rather than shrinking every photo to fit.
Export the collage, start a new Story in Instagram and pick the image from your camera roll. Because the file is already 1080×1920, it fills the screen with no zooming or black bars. If you made it on a computer, send the file to your phone first — AirDrop, email or a cloud folder all work.
